BTW, there are plenty of pay phones in the terminals. People use them to sit and use their laptops, even.
Spoiled brat?
This woman is obviously having an anxiety attack or some other kind of psychiatric episode. I am amazed at all the people staring and laughing, rather than helping her, and even more amazed at the comments calling her a spoiled brat, as if she were making a scene at Starbucks on purpose. It's a medical issue, and some airport staff should be attending to her, the same way they would deal with someone having any medical emergency.
