Comcast may care, but its contractors don't

Mark Renouf reports he was late to work because a Comcast contractor blocked traffic on Avon Street in Somerville with his truck:
MBTA Bus route #85. [Contractor] was outside when the bus came by, the driver asked him to move it, he said no and went inside the house he was working at. He finally moved it after coming out to his truck and the bus driver asked again. Sat there for ~15min.

The driver did call into dispatch for police assistance. They just hadn't arrived yet.
#85 is supposed to be on Snow Route
According to the MBTA website, bus 85 shouldn't be going down Avon Street at all. It should be on the official Snow Route which uses Highland Ave. instead.
(I'm still wondering where yesterday's 7:10 pm #85 from Kendall was. I eventually took a (very late) CT2 bus and walked up Spring Hill.)

But, seems to me that there's plenty of information here already (or on the page linked to above). If so interested, Mark, you could write to the person who made the original complaint.
And then
we recommend you call customer service, where we will simultaneously say into the phone "We don't care. At all. Now shut up and hang up." (actually happened to me)
