Newton mayors' terms keep getting shorter

First was Mayor for Life Ted Mann. Then came Mayor Until Newton North David Cohen.

Today, Mayor For a Year and A Bit Setti Warren tweeted he's running for the US Senate seat now held by Scott Brown in next year's elections.

Seti took some bad advice from the progressive elite side of the Dem State Committee. I don't know how Newtonians feel but I think if he wanted to be a Senator why run for Mayor of Newton?
