Ed Hatfield photographed a solidarity protest on the Cambridge Common yesterday in support of growing protests in Brazil, originally sparked by plans to raise bus fares in Sao Paulo and Rid de Janeiro.

I support everyone's right to protest but fail to see the reasoning in holding a sign in Cambridge because of what is happening in Brazil.

There is a time and place for everything, only in Cambridge ! We have are own troubles here funding public transportation. You can''t charge operating costs, so it must come from the public trough. There is a lot of competition there.
