At least this time it's not a train, but the Red Line is still one big pain

The MBTA advises us of "moderate" delays between Andrew and Harvard due to an unspecified "track problem." Liz Loveland, however, disputes the "moderate" part:

Delays severe despite alert claim of moderate. Train on standby for ages at Park with no room at all.

I was checking the T's website all afternoon because of the three dead trains (I had somewhere I very much wanted to be not-late to) and when I left work at 4:30, there were no alerts except for upcoming bustitutions, and somehow by the time I hit the platform at 4:34, delays were already moderate and the platform was packed. Just four minutes! Amazing.
