Jerry David reports this tree behind his Newton home cracked in half and fell - somehow coming down in the narrow space between two garages.

I had something similar happen last year. My neighbor's 50+ foot tall black locust came down between two trees (killed one) and missed my car and shed by a few feet. Looks like the tree services are gonna be busy this week.
