Orange Line must have a hex: There's a dead train at DTX

An Oak Grove train with a motor problem at Downtown Crossing is gumming up the works on the Orange Line, the MBTA reports. One rider reports the northbound platform was evacuated due to smoke.

That leaves us with significant Orange Line delays during the AM and PM commute today. Granted this AM was a medical emergency, the delays during the AM commutes yesterday and Monday weren't. Have yourself a week, Orange Line.

I laugh out loud every time I see one of those "go underground" MBTA billboards, what an embarrassment.

They notified the Fire Department instead of just turning on the fans.
