A Red Line motor began to smoke; not enough to make riders choke

A motor on a Red Line car at Park Street began to smoke this morning, but the T assures us that "station fans have been activated to alleviate any smoke in the station."

Park street often reeks of urine and cheap booze smells I not sure which is worse? By the way why can't the Transit Police enforce the regulations about smokers who puff on blunts and cheap cigarettes
