WHDH reports the worker was hit in the head with ballast while working on First Night preparations this morning on Boylston Street between Clarendon and Berkeley streets.
not Berkeley Street. Probably right in Copley Square park.
It's too bad that somebody died on the job while helping to prepare for First Night.
Without knowing the man first, my thoughts and condolences to his friends and loved ones during these dark and difficult times are with them.
...was he wearing a construction worker's helmet when he was hit in the head? Just curious. (I used to do some construction when I was young.)
