Jamaica Plain News reports they were removed from a JP triple decker after the families that owned them had to move and couldn't find places that would let them bring the dogs with them.
The dogs were split among family members living in three different apartments in a three-unit building. Unfortunately the owners were forced to move but could not find housing that would allow them to keep their pets, so they reluctantly surrendered them to the MSPCA.
It's one thing when you have a single person, with issues, who has a ton of animals. This was a whole family! The story also said that the dogs never went outside. How does THAT work with 17 dogs doing their thing?
I have them for my dog. It is requires unending reward training to get reasonable target practice. I have washable ones. There are a couple other systems, like fake grass pads with trays that drain.
Is there a link? My dog gets a crush on tawny male chihuahuas when ever she sees one.
