Keolis reports:

All trains on the Needham, Franklin, Fairmount, Providence/Stoughton, Middleborough/Lakeville, Kingston/Plymouth and Greenbush lines are currently experiencing 15-25 minutes delays due to a signal issue.

that the 6:30 train showed up at 7:00 so it was almost like there wasn't a delay.
