sorry all I can think about is that 1 mile long tube that runs from deer island into the harbor. I know it's not used much anymore but still..... #barf

It's around 10 miles, way outside the inner harbor. That was the point of building the plant really.

I just hope this one doesn't end up dead like the one in what, 2018?

This is treated water headed way out to sea, being diluted.
