NBC Boston reports on a cluster of Covid-19 cases among 19 patients and staffers in two medical/surgical units, with another 420 people awaiting test results.

Failure to follow protocols, allowing employees to work with symptoms (attributed to seasonal allergies), people not covering their noses with their masks, patients not wearing masks, etc.
