Who are these people?

The folks at Boston City Archives wonder if you can identify the people standing with then mayor Ray Flynn in this photo. This isn't one of those historic puzzlers - they really don't know (well, except one of them was Fire Commissioner Leo Stapleton) and are looking for help.

Ray, Mrs mayor of Galway, Mr. Mayor, "Sally" mayor (daughter of mayor), Mrs fire commish and fire commish. (Could be Sally fire commish)

I agree with the Fire Commish family.
However, I think the woman next to Ray Flynn is his wacky housekeeper Alice (pre Mike Brady) and next to her is a young Larry David.

Longshot guess but is the Princess Di lookalike a young Peggy Davis Mullen? It would have been before her City Council days. She was always active in Irish causes and there's a resemblance.
