WCVB reports an Allston man turned himself into police on charges of sexual contact with an animal, cruelty to animals and nighttime breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony.
The attorney says he doesn’t look like they guy in the photo….and I kinda agree. I bet this guy gets off because of it. (I’m 95% positive this is the guy though if I had to put a number in it).
I also bet the staties attempt to get DNA on stuff in the stable and try to link this guy to it….
Considering the kind of damage a horse can do with one swift kick from it’s back legs you might consider consent was given.
As much as any domestic animal can give consent to anything.

I don't think he needs to be jailed
What he needs is to be compelled to agree to psychological treatment.

But compelling people to agree to things is on the outs in the CJ system.
