Why doesn't Boston (and Massachusetts) have list of OSHA serious offenders and if you are on the list you and any company which employs you are denied city permits?

The fact someone can allow their workers to die and still do work in the city/state is astounding.

… allows dangerous drivers back on the road because they have to get to work.

All I can say is, I’m grateful for small news outlets like the East Boston Times-Free Press and UHub for reporting on this.

“While Laurence Moloney may reincorporate and operate under a variety of names, what is consistent is his pattern of willfully violating safety and health requirements, ignoring OSHA citations and penalties and persistently placing employees in harm’s way.”

I imagine he also manages to put in the low bid on these projects.
