Citizen complaint of the day: Somebody ran amok with white paint at Billings Field in West Roxbury

Three concerned citizens filed 311 complaints this morning about paint vandalism at Billings Field and along Lagrange Street in West Roxbury, including one about a minivan covered in what was left of the white paint left in the can that the vandals left in the street.
Since the can is in the street, one might assume they hit the playground first:

There was a guy yelling and swearing a lot on Landseer St (one block over) after the game was over last night. Wonder if it was the same guy. Sounded out of it.

I can tell the perp has feet, likely two feet. They hate swings and minivans. The color white may mean something, like teen pregnancy prevention awareness.
