Suspect IDed in Hyde Park murder

Boston Police report charging a resident of the Fairmount housing development in Hyde Park with the murder of his neighbor, Jose Alberto Feliz, 28, on Friday.

Isaiah Trevon Smith, 28, is scheduled for arraignment on murder and firearms charges tomorrow in West Roxbury Municipal Court.

Police say Smith shot Feliz several times behind an apartment on Garfield Avenue, then went to his own residence a few doors down, where police found him. Feliz was pronounced dead at the scene.
