We headed up to Allston today for some festive Allston Christmas sightseeing. Saw the usual sights (see below), but also this enigmatic structure on Linden Street. Anybody know the meaning behind it?

This is right in back of a house that burned down some time last summer. The inferno was intense and melted warped/melted the siding off of the adjacent buildings. Not sure if this is at all related to that.
Even older than that

Garage?
Looks like an old horse barn. Probably converted to a garage, and I'm guessing is now so structurally unsound that it's abandoned, and the owners are too cheap to tear it down.

Going to the Mattresses
I think that we have to add a new category to this annual paroxysm. All over Cambridge, it's mattresses and box springs.
They alternate between lying soggily on the sidewalk, and bouncing joyfully on the roofs of cars, with out of state plates. Held on in the latter case by mere string. As the drivers circle the block, repeatedly, trying to park.
Not sure if this is what
Not sure if this is what you're asking about, but the "Show Respect to Wall!" thing looks to be over a graffiti wall, based on the whitewash I can see. The "show respect" refers to a code of ethics in the graffiti community (don't hog the space, don't cover up other people's stuff)
A Tribute To Pink Floyd?
