A concerned citizen complains about giant crashing icicles on Trenton Street in East Boston this morning:

I assume you're liable. Hope you have good liability coverage on your homeowners insurance.
I have no idea if you're liable. But even if the law says you're not, it's still your problem (or your insurance's) to hire a lawyer and defend any lawsuits.
