Dorchester man charged with enticing girl from another state to come here, then forced her into prostitution

A Dorchester man who met a teen on social media then convinced her to come here is being held without bail on charges of trafficking a person under 18 for sexual servitude and assault and battery on a household or family member, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.
A South Boston Municipal Court judge yesterday ruled that Jimall "Progress Lu" Dawn Brown, 33, was a potential danger to society and ordered him held without bail, the DA's office reports.

Brown met the victim, who is under the age of 18, on social media. He arranged for the victim to come to Boston from another state. Upon the victim’s arrival, Brown immediately took her to a hotel and posted ads on websites trafficking the victim for commercial sex. Over a period of several months, Brown received thousands of dollars a day in profits from trafficking the underage victim for sex with men. He allegedly beat the victim on several occasions.

I want to know what hotels he was using and why they didn't have a clue (or didn't care) that this was happening.
Oh, this is an easy one
It's largely because the girls are usually Black or brown. It's rare that hotel staff, or much of anyone else, cares very much. Black and brown children are viewed as less innocent and as adults; ample research shows this.
The traffickers target girls from poor backgrounds with stressed-out families and provide them with money and belongings like they've never had before. They tell the girls to claim he's their uncle because hotels will call ICE on Black and brown folks who are not related. The girls are groomed to not do anything that will get the traffickers in trouble, and are led to believe they'll be harmed or get in trouble for doing so.
How do you track
Visitors to registered hotel guests? Are security staff trained to notice multiple visitors/late night visits?
Depends on the hotel, no?
I've reached the stage where I avoid sketchy hotels, but even at the mid level chains I stay at don't have security guards in the lobby. So long as the "visitors" are discrete and there aren't too many of them, I could totally see staff not noticing the activity.
That said, I was in New York recently and stayed at a hotel where guests were required to show their key card in order to get to the elevators. I've also stayed in places where one needed a key to use the elevators or even access the stairs. That said, if this guy accompanied the "visitors," the system would be thwarted. In the case of the New York place, there was security, so stuff like this would have been noticeable.

You seem to have contradicting theories here.
1) No on cares about brown people, and don't care if they get caught up in prostitution. But, 2) Everyone knows the pimps tell the girls to claim he is their uncle, or people will call ICE (and only ICE) on them. Doesn't make much sense really.
