Police: Man gets into two fights on Friend Street, doesn't get into third because he was stabbed in the second

Boston Police report a man suffered life-threatening injuries during a fight outside the Greatest Bar that his opponent ended by plunging a knife into him.

The victim, 23, was taken to Mass. General following the stabbing around 1:50 a.m. outside the bar, at 262 Friend St.:

Witnesses reported to officers that the victim was involved in at least two altercations on Friend Street when he was stabbed.

In December, two people were shot in the same location.
