The FBI's Bank Robbery Task Force reports it's looking for a guy who tried holding up the Santander Bank branch on Winter Street in Downtown Crossing on Tuesday , only to learn he'd gotten a teller with no money:
Teller explained she had no money in her drawers, at which time the [suspect] became agaitated and demanded money again. After being shown there was no money in the drawers, [suspect] fled the bank on foot towards Summer St.
He's white and about 6' with a medium build. He was wearing a multi-colored cap, a dark Patriots hoodie, jeans, sneakers and thick black gloves.

Picking on the 'new' guy?
Is it me, or doe sit seem like Santander is getting robbed more often than other banks these days/
Or the 'old' guy
Before the recent renaming, there seemed to be a disproportionate number of Sovereign Bank robberies reported here.
An open teller window
with no money in the drawers? Sounds to me like Santander has a lot more to worry about than being a target for bank robbers.
My Mental Process
Am I the only one who pictured a woman in her unmentionables?
If I am the only one, is there a psychologist in the house?
