A union-run hospital?

Paul Levy, CEO at Beth Israel Deaconness Medical Center, proposes that the Service Employees International Union take over troubled Carney Hospital in Dorchester:

The SEIU and Levy, of course, are locked in a battle over unionization at Beth Israel.
