I filed a claim back on October 19, and still haven't received my "refund" (which, if it ever comes, will consist of two one-way tickets--oh-so-useful to us monthly passholders)...

that the train was also combined with the 710, so there were twice as many people on it as there normally are. People were standing in the passageway between cars because they couldn't get in any further.
