Who flicks lighters at the Garden anymore?

According to Boston Police, the answer would be: A drunk suburban Bruins fan upset he was being escorted out of the Garden for unnecessary roughing.

Police say officers were called to help Garden security eject Alex Delvecchio, 21, of Billerica, and Kile Burtman, 21, of Norwood, from last night's game because they wouldn't stop yelling and swearing and because:

[T]he fans, while attempting to obtain free t-shirts that were being thrown into the crowd, jumped on and pushed fans in their section.

Police charge that when the two refused to go quietly, officers decided to arrest them, at which point Delvechhio allegedly "attempted to burn the officers with a cigarette lighter."

So he's charged with disturbing a public assembly, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault by means of a dangerous weapon (lighter). Burtman faces charges of disturbing a public assembly and disorderly conduct.

Innocent, etc.
