Sam Yoon doesn't get the message
Kate really doesn't want to be on Yoon's mailing list. Kate has so far been unable to get off his mailing list:
...The first e-mail you sent had no "unsubscribe" link, and I never asked to be on your list. So I wrote to you at [email protected] and asked to be taken off of your list.
The next e-mail I received did include an unsubscribe link, but the link just took me to your homepage, with no instructions on how to be taken off the list. I wrote you another e-mail that you ignored.
The third e-mail, I replied to with a request to be taken off the list, and then I reported you as spam.
The fourth e-mail that arrived today is very irritating. ...

Suggestion
Block his domain, @samyoon.com, or set a filter to route them right to Trash.
I had the same problem with barackobama.com text-spamming my cell phone during the campaign, with no way to make it stop. Finally I found the form on my cell carrier's Website that will block receipt of text messages from domains that I specify. Problem solved.
Missteps with the technology
The Councilor's use of the technology got other councilors to use the technology so that the people can communicate more effectively with them. However none of them are using the best of the technology. None of them have a really interactive forum or blog for the people.
