The bright side of empty radioactive syringes

Johnny looks on the bright side of a story about a Westborough truck rollover that may have spilled radioactive dye from syringes:

... We're bound to get a superhero out of this. Now Menino and O'Toole can just sit back and watch that crime rate plummet. ...

A pessismist, though, might posit that some CHUD sucked the juice out of the syringes - and that Westborough might not be the best place to be for the New Year.
