Were I he, I'd keep running until my legal problems went away
Turner running again in 2011 only makes sense. He'll need all the help he can get defending against the Feds, and the perquisites of a counselor can't hurt.
Were I Chuck Turner, I'd hang on tight to that city counsel seat at least until I'd been convicted or exonerated of the pending charges.
So, don't be surprised he he re-ups in 2013, too.
