The un-Democratic party

Is the Democratic state party trying to do to Deval Patrick what it did to Scott Harshbarger? If so, will that be enough to overcome the Mihos factor and get Kerry Healey elected governor?

Mass. Marrier is discouraged, pointing to a recent rules "interpretation" that will make it easier for candidate-come-lately Chris Gabrieli to get on the September ballot as an alternative to the faltering Tom Reilly:

... This has to be deeply disheartening to the party soldiers and lieutenants who support the party, and who also like to play fair. ...

David on Blue Mass. Group doesn't like what he calls Gabrieli's vanity move onto the ballot - or the party's "bullshit, anti-democratic ways to ensure the continued power of the hackocracy," but also doesn't think that rules change/interpretation/whatever warrants all the hoohah.
