A Dorchester man was found guilty and sentenced to two years in state prison today for the way he beat up a woman who refused to return his "good morning" greeting, only to retreat when she bit him, then got in his car and drove right at her on Balsam Street, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports. A man faces a dangerousness hearing tomorrow on charges he reacted to a woman failing to say "good morning" to him by punching her seven times in the face and then trying to run her over with one of his Mercedes, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports - adding he was nabbed in part due to data from the GPS tracker he was wearing while on bail for an earlier assault.
