Boston Police report arresting a Bronx resident on charges he printed up and tried to sell a bunch of fake tickets to last night's Bruins game.

David Lucas, 28, allegedly had 14 tickets for last night's game and four for tomorrow night's game - all counterfeit - police say.

ScorchNo, not them. Our local lacrosse team, the Boston Blazers, are apologizing for a halftime show at the Garden on Saturday that, in the words of the New York Daily News:

Featured scantily clad dancers competing to see who could give the Blazers' mascot, Scorch, the best lap dance.

Video (look at the monitors at the top of the screen). Cameron Frye has a photo of Scorch with the three women about to rock his world.

It was part of a promotion by JAM'N 94.5, which presumably won't be invited back for another "Hustle's Blazin Babes Halftime Show." As the Blazers said:

We have already taken steps to ensure this never happens again at one of our games.

Boston Police report arresting a pair of men old enough to know better for assault and battery at a Bruins game at the Garden last night.

According to police, Scott DeVivo, 40, of Newton, NH, and Shaun Neary, 34, of Salisbury, became so incensed around 9 p.m. when some other fans in Section 8 wouldn't reciprocate their attempt at high fives that they "threw beer all over them."

So this drunken Bruins fan kicks a hole in a restroom column - and then somebody posts a video online. The Bear is not amused (guess it would have been impractical for them to just take out all the columns).

Associated Press, by way of the Providence Journal, reports authorities are looking for the woman.

Boston Police report arresting a man from Dummerston, VT at the Garden last night after a woman told officers he unzipped right next to her at the Roger Waters concert and then let loose with some waters of his own:

Officers then found the suspect who had a wet spot on the front of his pants and his shoes consistent with someone who had been urinating. The suspect when confronted about his actions claimed that someone had spilled a drink on him.

The concert promoter yesterday filed a federal lawsuit against "JOHN DOES 1-100, individuals, JANE DOES 1-100, individuals, and XYZ COMPANY, business entity form unknown" to keep them from selling unauthorized T-shirts and tchotchkes outside Roger Waters' concert at the Garden on Sept. 3, Oct. 1 and Oct. 3.

Complete complaint.

Seen him? Boston Police report they're seeking the public's help in finding William Hurley, 24, who hasn't been seen or heard from since leaving Boston Garden after the Bruins game on Thursday:

The missing male left the Bruins game with two of his friends and was waiting in the area of 99 Nashua Street for his girlfriend to pick him up. Officers were informed that the missing male failed to show up to work the following day at the Weston Country Club where he works as a greens keeper.

Garden

Matthew Cote noticed the sports arena over North Station was officially back to being just the Garden today, at least, until crews finished replacing the "TD BankNorth" with just "TD."

Don Martelli takes some video of people lining up outside a TD BankNorth branch waiting for some of the handouts of 19,600 candy bars - five of which will contain "golden tickets" for a tour of the garden and the chance to win season tickets to every single Garden event in the upcoming season.

MBTA Transit Police report the line is causing no problems for people who just want to catch a train at North Station.

Nah, not a real twister

It sure looks like a twister was sucking all the sneakers out of the New Balance building in Allston around 3:45 this afternoon, doesn't it? Meanwhile, over by North Station, Scott saw impending doom:

Delaware North today announced it's changing the name of TD Banknorth Garden to just TD Garden.

TJ Hooker was unavailable for comment, as was Olive Banknorth Garden.

In a statement, the president of Delaware North was quoted as saying something no actual human being would ever actually utter:

"Our long term, multi-dimensional partnership with TD Banknorth has continued to be attractive to both parties," said John Wentzell, President of Delaware North Companies - Boston and TD Banknorth Garden.

HoustonLiterally pissing on them, as in, whipping it out and spraying them, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office, which is charging Joseph Houston of Brewster with two counts of assault and battery and one count of open lewdness for an incident at Boston Garden. According to the DA's office, Houston:

[A]llegedly exposed himself and urinated on a 17-year-old female and a 21-year-old male, both from Connecticut, who were attending a Jan. 18 Metallica concert at the TD Banknorth Garden.

A Brewster Police officer at the time of the incident, Houston was arrested by MBTA Transit Police for trespassing at North Station. That case was sparked by Houston's ejection from the concert and subsequent refusal to leave the area after repeated orders to do so by officers.

Instead of leaving, the apparently intoxicated Houston is said to have flashed his Brewster Police Department badge to one officer and referred to another as "Obama." He was escorted out, only to return once more in violation of the officers' orders; Transit Police took him into custody at that time.

Innocent, etc.
