Boston Restaurant Talk reports that Tree House Brewing Co. is looking to open a brewery AND a distillery at the Prudential Center. With a tasting room, of course. The Boston Licensing Board considers the applications (beer and spirits require separate licenses) at a hearing on Wednesday.

When Boston Police announced the arrest of a woman charged with stealing $4,800 of stuff from the Prudential Center Lululemon on Saturday, they gave her name as that of a 37-year-old Ipswich woman. Read more.

Three teens - 13, 14 and 16 - were arrested Monday evening after they allegedly stomped a fourth teen at the California Pizza Kitchen in the Prudential Center, then stole her phone, only to get arrested by officers who spotted one of them tossing the pepper spray under a car on St. Botolph Street, police say. Even as the weather outside hurtles ever forward toward the wrong side of fall, the inside of the Prudential Center was full of flowers and life for Voyage, a temporary installation created in partnership with Fleurs de Villes and featuring the work of local floral artists. The Boston Fire Department reports that around 3:45 p.m., firefighters responded to a report of a car fire on the turnpike in the Pru tunnel - which sent smoke into the first floor of Copley Place - and found the flaming car and two separate crashes, one involving six cars, the other two cars.
