I'm taking bets that this was a space saver somewhere that was scoop'd up by a plow truck.

The former snow piles around this time start to look like rummage sales with all the trash plow trucks pick up.

That's the topper from the weird tower/seating thing that used to be in the plaza before the last round of renovations (when Champions got its new door and Chipotle went in).
