Good clean water
One of the more pleasing effects of the harbor clean up effort. I've seen seals in near the Coast Guard base at least once a week since early October, usually spy hopping on the surface. There is also at least one seal that likes to haul out on docks in Charlestown. It has been doing it during the last 3-4 winters.
