What a sad and tragic story.
on a different note, I hope a high school student didn't draft that narrative. If so, it's just a further Sad commentary. These kids deserve better from their families and community.

I want to give something, but in the past, I've ended up giving to the wrong fund collection for a victim's family.
This only has $591 so far, so I assume it hasn't yet been linked by one of the big newspapers.
