chuck e cheese family fun
i was at the framingham one once and it was like the bar scene in star wars. a kid, a toddler no more than 2 years old, started following me and my kids around the place and asking us for tokens. he was basically in a diaper, bare-chested with a binky and just sort following my family around the place unattended. my wife asked a chuck e cheese employee if she knew who the child was supposed to be with and the employee pointed to a guy sitting at some game that looked oblivious to anything but the game he was sitting at . whatever that game was you could have thrown a grenade at his feet and he wouldn't have looked up. my wife finally went over and suggested he put a sweater on his son before she did he came alive. he stood up, almost fell over, and it was clear that he was completely shitfaced. barely able to stand. I suddenly wondered if they sold beer here and I had somehow missed it? anyway he was there alone with is son and he was a mess. my wife is a mandated reporter so she quickly called the local authorities. when we left the police were asking questions and the guy was looking at me like he would be waiting if I ever dared to enter the doors of that chuck e cheese again. I have not.
Yes, the chain does serve alcohol.
Perhaps the authorities need check on how much alcohol is being served to the parents for that particular establishment? There was a story about this recently. The alcohol limit is suppose to be two drinks per adult but it appears that limit can be skirted around.
Yeah
I was wondering if they serve alcohol there. I have no kids, so no reason to go so I wouldn't know :-)
And us uhubbers know "insta-dick, just add alcohol" so if alcohol is involved, we all know how it could end up.
Chuckups doesn't serve it
The Total Alcohol outlet that opened up across the parking lot sells nips, and I suspect that might be why there is an uptick in brawling.
Really?
