My mother used to make wonderful soup out of our leftover turkey carcasses.I don't, since I do Thanksgiving at the house of a cousin who probably uses hers.

I started freezing the leftover for stock/soup . It worked out really well last year and this year I plan to do the same.

I forgot about Duke and tossed my carcass.

I was in such a tizzy cleaning up earlier, I totally spaced. Oh well. Next year.
