Charlestown's impending floating restaurant currently in Toronto; could be here in a couple months

$1,499,000 now, marked down from $3,750,000. Why at prices that low, it's practically piracy!

Have to sell a lot of oysters and margaritas to cover that investment. Now if they could set up a bed and breakfast in the parts which aren't a restaurant, they'd probably make some good money because that would be cool but I suspect that's even more money up front.

If they serve fried clams and coleslaw I'd like to eat there.
