Former Everett school superintendent charged with inappropriately touching women workers

WBZ reports that the Middlesex County District Attorney's office has charged former Everett School Superintendent Fred Foresteire with indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 60, five counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, and assault and battery for incidents involving Everett school employees.

Foresteire, 75, retired in December, shortly after the Everett School Committee voted to hire an outside investigator to look into the allegations against him.

I assume the good people of Everett (and the bad ones I guess) will be paying a very fat pension to this creep for the next decade or so.

I wonder if they can claw back the $200k they paid him last year when he retired for unused sick days and vacation.
