Not a complete solution, but...
If you don't mind installing a third-party script manager (I use TamperMonkey for Chrome), I wrote a killfile implementation for UHub a while back. It's not especially feature-rich, so you'll have to go edit the user blacklist by hand, but I find the site to be a lot more palatable without having to read nonsense from the usual suspects.

It's under threat in the entire country. The goal of the draconian laws that have been passed in Alabama, Georgia, Ohio, Missouri, etc. over the past couple weeks is to draw lawsuits that will get elevated to the Supreme Court with the hope that the conservative majority will overturn Roe vs. Wade.

If men are supposed to stay out of the abortion debate because they can't bear a child, shouldn't the same standard apply to postmenopausal women who can't either? Fair is fair.

As a post menopausal woman that has had an abortion let me drop some knowledge on you - I can still carry a fetus & deliver what eventually becomes a child. As a woman of a certain age...scratch that...as a human being it's my duty to ensure PEOPLE are always allowed to discuss private matters/decisions w/ their doctors that will affect their lives. It's no ones business; not mine, yours, or the man on the moon.
If you, and others like you, are really that concerned about wanting to stop abortion then let's pass a law for all males to have vasectomies at the age of 10. The gov't will pay for it but the gov't will also mandate if/when it can be reversed (by an all postmenopausal legislature). Men have proven that they are incapable of being responsible so we will make your reproductive decisions for you. If the male goes out of state to have it reversed then said male can be prosecuted when they return as all males are now the property of their state. I think that's fair; don't you?
If pro-fetus people really cared about "the right to life" there would be no children in orphanages, no hunger, no homelessness, strict gun control, open arms for migrants & their families, healthcare for all, education for all, birth control for men (imagine after 50 years there isn't a birth control pill for men...I wonder why), no death penalty, prosecution of every rapist (this includes priests & church leaders) and 100% support for the mother & child throughout life by both the govt and the father.
Now I have some questions...how many laws have been introduced/passed regulating your body? How many women (or men) have you slept with? How many times have you had unprotected sex? How many times a day do you masturbate? Do you have to take Viagra? If your god broke your dick, shouldn't it stay broke? Do you bring your sperm to bank every time you masturbate so that it can be implanted into a host (aka a woman)? Also, please share your medical records with me... I want to see that you aren't doing anything I don't believe in because my beliefs trump your rights.
For once, just be honest with yourself, and admit that this has zero to do with abortion & everything to do with the patriarchy not wanting women to have control of their lives. As it should be this was a non issue for the GOP before Regan started courting the religious right...so how about trying not to be such a sheep.
