Delineator and plaintve plea to have it replaced in Brighton

Marshall Hansberry shows us the plaintive plea posted on a knocked-over crosswalk delineator on Chestnut Hill Avenue at Academy Hill Road in Brighton.

The city of Boston will not replace them between the months of December and march. Apparently the lives of pedestrians are only worth trying to protect when it's warm out. Apparently state laws don't apply when it's winter and you are a car driver.
