BU, MFA to honor Martin Luther King in online commemorations today

Boston University holds its annual commemoration of the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., who earned his doctorate at BU, at noon.
The Museum of Fine Arts hosts "Voices on King" at 5 p.m.

Monica Cannon Grant announced on face book that her peaceful march to the state house this afternoon is cancelled because of threats from white supremacists.
MLK livestreams
The BU one (collab with NEC and showcasing some BEAM students) was good, though I have some feelings about them doing in-person ensembles already (my conservatory student is not doing so). The BYSO/NAAM one was also good, though surprisingly short.
