Politics is a Big Money Chess Game
and Arthur is definitely a pawn. He's a total pussy when it comes to speaking up about much of anything, but he "lives in Dorchester", so that means he knows what's best for "the community". He must have been referring to the carpetbagging speculator community.
sorry to see him go
Chief Jemison was the first director of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (AKA BPDA) now Planning Department to meet with neighborhood residents and not just have project managers handle community input.
Mayor Wu and the City of Boston was very lucky to have him head the reorg and try to do some cleanup from the non-enforced “commitments” made by developers in getting their variances to build luxury housing and science labs.
Unfortunately, Chief Jemison and his family, like so many, are leaving Boston behind.
Thank you, Arthur.
Très intéressant.
Très intéressant.
Is the Zoning Board Wu’s
Is the BPDA (strike:Zoning Board) Wu’s raison d’être. Was planting a flag in this board winning the key to the city, or is that just plain wrong?
This isn't the zoning board.
That's a different entity.
Right. Thanks.
Right. Thanks. Sometimes my fingers write my adjacent thoughts. Wasn’t the BRA’s paperwork non-existent?
