The Dorchester Reporter reports on the planned February opening of El Punto, a 240-seat Dominican restaurant with a 148-seat function room on Blue Hill Avenue at Talbot Avenue in Dorchester.
The restaurant will go into space where two entrepreneurs first proposed an "elegant" steakhouse in 2018 to be called Royalty Iron Grill, only it never opened, after which another entrepreneur, whose family had owned the building for 30 years, proposed a marijuana dispensary, which also never opened.
