Where there's smoke there's fire, unless it's a Red Line train with an overheated motor

A Braintree-bound Red Line train had to be evacuated at Park Street shortly after 2:40 p.m. after an overheated motor began emitting enough smoke to have Boston firefighters come running, only they were sent away after the T got people off the train and managed to move it to the Cabot yard in South Boston to fix the problem.

Let me fix this:

Where there's smoke there's an odor, unless it's a Red Line train with an overheated motor

I was on that train. They got everyone off and we all stood next to it. When they moved the train they were looking at the tracks as if someone threw something on them.

The firefighters showed up after the train had left

A train underground and a platform full of smoke should be investigated by the fire department not the MBTA.
