Transit Police report they are looking for a guy who used a knife as part of his refusal to pull a mask up over his nose on a 1 bus outside Boston Medical Center at Massachusetts Avenue and Albany Street last week.

Police say the guy got on a bus around 8:50 p.m. on Feb. 4: Read more.

Anti-vaxxers return to Boston Medical Center

Jacob Oppenheim reports the small knot of anti-vaxxers who blared their message outside Boston Medical Center on Columbus Day returned this afternoon to fail to convince any hospital workers to quit their jobs.

A tiny group of protesters mad about vaccine mandates paraded on Harrison Avenue outside Boston Medical Center this afternoon, yelling repurposed slogans such as "My body, my choice!" and vainly trying to convince BMC workers to refuse to get a shot. Read more.

Around 9:15 p.m. in the area of 774 Albany St. A bullet went through a window at 780 Albany St. A suspect was detained on Harrison Avenue near East Concord Street, on the other side of the BMC campus. Read more.

Boston Medical Center says that on Friday, it inadvertently shared contact info for a new Covid-19 vaccination signup system that wasn't supposed to be made available to the general public - so it began sending out somewhat mysterious cancellation texts to people who had signed up for appointments today or in coming days. BMC protesters say they care

Some 200 Boston Medical Center doctors, nurses and other staffers stood in front of Boston Medical Center today, in what they said was a protest against a visit by two representatives of a homophobic and anti-immigrant federal government but more important and a message to patients that hospital staffers will do whatever it takes to protect them from an administration determined to get rid of them.
