I'd favor an eye for an eye in this particular case. Sickening.

Especially since it's probably a matter of time before (s)he moves onto people.

Except it's an innocent, defenseless animal, so justice calls for even more than an eye for eye.

Seriously, this is how serial killers and psychopaths get started. They destroy helpless animals and they work their way up to people, either little kids or adults.

This person needs to be off the streets, permanently.

Put the sick f--k who did this in a hole to rot.

I never knew (before reading this article) that the BPD doesn't get involved in animal cruelty cases.

I don't know...this seems like a pretty horrific crime to me. Maybe we should put some of those $150,000 salaries to work in extreme animal cruelty cases like this. My guess is the MSCPA isn't exactly flush with resources.

And yes, echoing the comments above...the person who did this would be slowly butchered in a perfect world.

They are too busy looking down a construction hole in the ground, while talking on their cell phones.

I love my job.

of the taxpayers' money.

Fool.

What is WRONG with people? (That's rhetorical, by the way.)
