Too late, they already saw you
The MBTA reports police officers interrupted a possible drug sale at Andrew station on the Red Line yesterday morning.
According to a police report, MBTA and Boston officers in the station noticed Stephen Brennion, 31, a man known to them, sitting on the outbound platform with another guy shortly before noon yesterday:
Officer Kluziak observed Brennion remove a round case containing pills. The unidentified male noticed Officer Kluziak and said, "he's a cop." Brennion put the top back on the container and went to put it back in his pocket.
Too late: Busted. Police say they found six clonazepam pills, five clonidine pills in the case and a bunch of phenobarbital pills in his backpack, along with a five-inch-long "Bowie-style dagger" and a silver security-guard badge. Brennion was charged with possession of Class E drugs and a dangerous weapon.
Innocent, etc.

You know you are old . . .
. . . when you don't recognize the names of street drugs for sale. Clozopen what?
Just the generic name ....
... for Klonopin (TM) -- a drug commonly used to treat seizures and panic disorders (not sure what it is supposed to do for people recreationally-speaking).
I don't know . . .
. . . just glad all these pills were not around when I was in my 20's.
I would guess that ....
... if you suffered from one of the conditions the pill is SUPPOSED to be used for, you would not be saying this.
I meant illegally.
I could readily get pot, hash, shrooms, acid, and coke growing up (though I only ever did pot and hash)- this pill stuff wasn't around my neck of the woods in the late 80's early 90's.
You might laugh about this- but Nancy Reagan's "Just say no" thing worked on me when it came to anything stronger than pot. Never did coke.
Klonopin is in the benzodiazepine family
So it was around, Chris, it was just called Valium. Or Xanax, or Serax, depending on when you were in your twenties. The potencies and half lives differ, I speak loosely.
Sedative-hynotics
are another term for benzodiazepines and friends. Makes you happy and floaty, like alcohol but with mental facilities more intact and less of the thinking-shit's-funny-that-isn't.
I recognize him
Isn't that Sob Story panhandler guy??
Guess he never made it to that Springfield Rehab!
Hmm, larger version
Lol thats not him. hate that
Lol thats not him. hate that guy tho
ANDREW
Bowie knife, drugs, fake badges, if the troopers over the airport made this bust they would be gettting medals for stopping a terrorist. On the Red Line BPD and TPD are fighting a loosing battle with the urban terrorists
Don't give the MBTA
any ideas. apparently they already have excuses.
So sad
I actually know this person seriously I grew up with him and his family. it's so sad his twin brother died in a car accident about 8 years ago and he was hit by a drunk driver and killed. Steve actually was in a commercial for mad about drunk driving it shows pictures of him and his deceased twin brother. Steven has struggled now for several years with drug addiction I think mainly because of his brothers death. It's such a shame and so sad he's actually a really nice guy. It's amazing how drugs really can mess up your life his poor family. I feel awful for them to lose one son in a car accident and another killing himself with drugs. So sad.
So sad is right. He seems
So sad is right. He seems like a really nice drug dealer. I grew up in a family of 6. We lost our sister a few years back. It hurts every day, but guess what, we face life! We pay tribute to her by contributing to our community. It would be much easier to curl up in a ball and suck my thumb for 8 years like this coward.
His brother died because he
His brother died because he and the driver of the car he was in were both drunk (he wasn't hit) and Steven was headed down this road long before David died. This is his own fault and he should be locked up!
Seriously too late..
For all of the posts "joking" about this panhandler..Yes I also grew up w/ him and like the above stated he was a really nice guy w/ a disease that got ahold of him after he buried his twin brother. Sadly as we all celebrate christmas holidays his parents are now burying HIM..Yes he took his own life after along struggle of pain & demons he could not overcome. Ironically he was clean when he chose this way out. R.I.P. Steve..I'm sorry it got the best of you...Never forgotten & ur family will sadly miss you & never be the same..So yes they watched him kill himself trying to fix it only to be defeated...Next time ppl put yourself for a MIN in someone elses shoes.God Bless & no Steven WASNOT this bad off big mouth no it all oh what 1 of his sister's wouldn't give you a second glance.. How ppl deal w/ death is different for everyone he had other issues besides losing his TWIN brother another thing IF & BIG IF your facts were true about Dave's death are you saying he deserved to DIE for being a passenger in a car maybe drunk???WOW U MUST BE HOLIER THAN GOD HIMSELF..YOU ARE A SELF RIGHTEOUS LOSER...GLASS HOUSE BUDDY!!
RIP Steve Brennion
This is a very touching comment! I never personally hung around with Steve but he was always very nice to me! Pol do deal with loss and death differently some people drink some turn to drugs and some just pretend it never happened. He was sad he lost his twin! his best friend! People should think how they would feel if they were his family reading this or one day his own child!!! Grow up we are all human and never know how out lives might change in the blink of an eye!! Just cause someone has a drug or alcohol problem doesn't mean They are a bad person. There actions might nit be the best but they are still a person and NO ONE is perfect! We all make mistakes in our lives. But at least now he is in peace and back with his best friend looking down on all of us.
Steve was one of the best
Steve was one of the best people I ever knew, you can't take an article written about ten minutes of someone's life and make an assumption about what kind of person they were or what they "deserved" Steve was one of the kindest people I've ever known and has done more for me personally then probably anyone else in my life and I'm just one of many many people. I pity people who judge people they know maybe it's just not how I was raised. RIP Steve and god bless the Brennion family.
Stephen and David Brennion
Stephen and David Brennion were somebody's children, brothers and friends. Anyone who knew either of them were blessed to have had even one second with them. Their parents are the kindest people and no one, I mean NO ONE, deserves the pain they are going through. These boys were my best friends growing up and I would give anything to have them back. Do you think someone who is such a "loser" would have so many people who loved him? I feel sorry for all of you people who judge someone you have never met. Stephen brought joy to many people's lives. He missed his brother, an identical twin is a bond that is forever, and Steve was never the same after the accident. Mrs. Brennion wrote 900 thank you cards after David died, for all of the people who reached out after his death. Do any of you have 900 people who would give a shit if you died? Think about it.
Please don't judge what you don't know..
