BPD detective on leave after being charged with public self loving in Andover
By adamg on Tue, 09/08/2015 - 2:56pm
Vice makes a foray into local journalism with a report on Seth Richard, a B-3 detective now facing a charge of open and gross lewdness for an incident in the parking lot of an Andover hotel last month.
Innocent, etc.

Is that what they mean
By "auto-erotic?"
Unloading on cars
If its not gang bangers shooting up cars, its a cop shooting on one.
I wonder what Michelle McPhee has to say on the matter?
Now that she is no longer "above reproach" with the BPD?
Prior to her arrest, she would be saying that being a BPO is a stressful job and that this guy needs medical help and a full pension for stress obtained on the job. Which is probably the route the Union will pursue.
Most likely that is how this will end.
The CIA ought to pipe
her show into Syria & Iraq. ISIS will surrender within 24 hours.
Rumor has it
They use her voice for torture in Guantanamo.
the night was...
As Mama says in Throw Mama From the Train: "The
nightafternoon was sultry."I know that place.
It's an access point to the Merrimack River Trail. It may also be a cruise spot although I didn't see the usual remnants of cruise liaisons one finds in such places when I was there.
When is Mayor Walsh and Commissioner Evans going to admit?
They have a problem with the Police Department? Too many officers have been getting into trouble through the years but I am more afraid of the officers that don't get caught and get away with things! It starts at the top and it is about time to move superintendents around and shake up the department. Work with the unions and the experts and the community to Fix the problems, not deny them!!!
Your fear of police is
Your fear of police is irrational and unjustified
It is not fear of the police
It's the corruption and how they can get away with things that the average citizen can't. I have seen how friends and family members of officers get out of TROUBLE plenty of times!!!!
The BPD needs to do a better job when it comes to hiring!
Seeing more and more officers are getting into trouble now that they are being caught on camera it's no longer their word against the average citizen or criminals. If an officer does something this crazy or sick does this question any arrest that he has had? any investigation he has conducted? Any police report he has written? Any testimony he has given on the stand? I wonder if they will stand by this officer as they are standing by the officer who grabbed the kid around his neck while he was in handcuffs?
Maybe
Maybe he was trying to recreate that super troopers scene with the radar gun
Now that's a blast from the past!
Love that movie! Can't wait til 2 comes out. Their crowdfunding supposedly went extremely well.
